Black women saw the warning signs around Graham Platner long before many others did. Instead of asking why they were concerned, too many people dismissed those concerns as divisive, irresponsible, or politically inconvenient. Now, with serious allegations emerging, I want to revisit that moment and ask a bigger question: Why are Black women's instincts so often questioned until it's too late?

In this episode, I explore the history behind that pattern, why credibility is so unevenly distributed in our politics, and what this moment reveals about who we choose to believe.
